Experience the Breathtaking Fusion of Human Nature and Wildlife with Stunning Visuals in Select Theaters and On Demand Everywhere June 19, 2018
Hollywood, CA (June 5, 2018) – On National American Eagle Day, June 19, 2018, Epic Pictures Releasing via its Epic Family division will release the heartwarming and beautifully filmed adventure movie, Brothers of the Wind, produced by Red Bull Media and Terra Mater Factual Studios. The Film stars Jean Reno (Léon: The Professional, Godzilla), Manuel Camacho (Among Wolves) and Tobias Moretti (The Dark Valley).
Brothers of the Wind is the incredible result of the collaboration between two filmmaking masters: Otmar Penker (Prince of the Alps), luminary in the field of alpine wildlife photography and Gerardo Olivares (The Lighthouse of Whales), critically acclaimed director of emotionally powerful family films. The unique quality of Brothers of the Wind comes in large part from its blend of human drama and authentic wildlife photography.
“In my decades-long career as a nature filmmaker I worked with eagles several times, but in those productions they only played a supporting role, the idea emerged to have a golden eagle as the protagonist of an emotional story.” says Otmar Penker.
Brothers of the Wind is a visually splendid and tensely gripping feast of nature images that tells the story of a young boy who nurtures a wounded baby eagle into adulthood. Searching for their place in the world, they bond over their desire to be free.
Synopsis: In a world where it takes courage to fly, a young boy nurtures a baby eagle into adulthood. Searching for their place in the world, they bond over their desire to be free.
