Host Joel McHale will help E! Entertainment’s The Soup celebrate its 500th episode with two airings of the much beloved series, both with different surprise celebrity guests. Both episodes will also stream on the Eonline homepage (www.eonline.com) and TheSoupTV.com.

E!’s longest running comedy series that continues to deliver the laughs every week is ready to hit another milestone when The Soup celebrates its 500th episode and nearly a decade of Joel McHale as host, Wednesday, August 21. The series that has become the Wednesday night destination for weekly recaps of the craziest moments that pop culture has to offer, will memorialize the special occasion with two LIVE episodes airing at 10pm ET and 10pm PT on E!, each with different surprise celebrity guests including Adam Carolla, Lou Diamond Philips and B.J. Novak. Plus, the episodes will be streamed live on Eonline (www.eonline.com) and TheSoupTV.com allowing “The Soup” fans, for the first time ever, to watch one of the funniest shows on television live on every screen where anything can happen!
