Following a fairly successful Fall 2012 season, NBC has announced its new and returning series for its mid-season 2013 schedule. Among the new shows is “Deception” (formerly known as “Inception”), a drama premiering January 7. New comedy series “1600 Penn” airs its series premiere January 10, and new relationship series, “Ready for Love,” from Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, premieres March 31.
Returning series include:
- “The Voice,” with its fourth cycle beginning March 25/26;
- “Revolution,” NBC’s newest hit returns March 25;
- “The Biggest Loser” weighs in January 6/7 with the return of Jillian Michaels;
- “Smash” sings and dances its way back to the schedule February 5 with the addition of Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson;
- “Community” checks in February 7;
- “The Celebrity Apprentice” debuts March 3; and,
- “Betty White’s Off Their Rockers” returns January 8.
