HBO’s new comedy series Angry Boys stars Chris Lilly, who coincidentally is also the creator of the show. Lilly may be best known as the creator and star of Summer Heights High, a series which aired on HBO in 2008. The new series will address the lives, dreams and aspirations of present-day males. Lilly will play six different characters, ranging from a pair of 17-year-old Australian twins to a 24-year-old Los Angeles-based rapper. The show, which has already received high praise in Australia, debuts Monday, December 5th.
Also premiering in December with its 10-episode third season is The Life and Times of Tim.This animated comedy series is about your average Joe, whose instincts always seem to lead him down the wrong path. Steve Dildarian created the show and is also its executive producer, writer and the voice of Tim. The show returns Monday, December 19th.
