This June, the Ewings will once again inhabit Southfork. In anticipation of Dallas returning to the airways, TNT has set up a new Facebook page for the show, complete with an all-encompassing chronicle of the Ewing clan’s colorful history, as told by JR Ewing, and has begun tweeting “Quickies” to get fans and viewers engrossed in the Ewing mythology.
The Dallas Facebook Page will span 34 years of Ewing history, all in the first-person voice of J.R. Ewing. Utilizing photos, videos, check-ins and comments, the Dallas Page will chronicle all 14 seasons of the original series. It will also reveal what’s been happening in the characters’ lives over the 20 years since they were last seen on television, as imagined by the show’s writers. You can access the page at https://www.facebook.com/DallasTNT.
TNT has also begun posting tweets using the hashtag #DallasQuickie. From the Twitter ID, @Dallas_TNT, these tweets will encapsulate each of the 356 episodes of the original Dallas series several times a day.
