I may be giving away my age by saying I am so sad to learn that Jane Russell has passed away. I can remember watching her movies as a young child and I was always fascinated by her. First, I thought my mom looked like her; second, she totally mesmerized me whenever she was on screen. She was so beautiful and just exotic to look at.

TV Land’s “Hot in Cleveland” Picked Up for a Third Season
I am so happy TV Land has chosen to renew its hit show, “Hot in Cleveland,” for a third season. Review/Recap – “Royal Pains” – Season 2, Episode 18 – Season Finale
I am a loyal fan of “Royal Pains” and truly enjoy watching the show each week. So you can imagine how sad I am that this season has come to a close. True, we got answers to mostly all of the burning questions we had about the season as a whole, but to me, “Listen to the Music” was more like a series finale rather than a season finale. Film: Vanishing on 7th Street – Magnet Releasing
Vanishing on 7th Street is a new twist on the apocalyptic thriller, pitting man, woman, and child against the unknown darkness sweeping the town. In watching the trailer, I was immediately drawn to the dark disparity of the survivors and desperately trying to figure out why the others have all vanished leaving behind only the clothing they were wearing.

My Ghostly Obsession
With the plethora of paranormal shows on television (Ghost Hunters, Ghost Hunters International, Paranormal State, Destination Truth, Psychic Kids, My Ghost Story, and Celebrity Ghost Stories) it’s hard to ignore the ever increasing interest in the subject matter. Many say they don’t believe in ghosts or spirits but I know, from personal experience, that there are things in this world that cannot be explained.
