WOW! What a twist of events. As season finales go, this one threw me for a loopty-loop! Did you expect that ending? Is Ryan the one who sold his former company’s secret to cash in on a $10.2 million payout? Can Amanda really understand Wilfred too?

Two New and Four Returning Bravo Series Come to our Screens This November
As the popular series The Real Housewives of New York and Top Chef All-Stars come to a close, Bravo is ready for an exciting November with two new series, Silicon Valley Start-Ups and LOLwork, and four returning series, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Top Chef: Seattle, and Million Dollar Decorators. I confess to being a loyal fan of The Real Housewives franchise, as well as Top Chef, so I’m truly looking forward to November. I’m especially excited about LOLwork because if it’s anything like what I’ve seen on the web, we’ll all be LOL’ing.

Spy Thriller, Hunted, Premieres October 19 on Cinemax
Since I am totally hooked on Cinemax’s first new original high octane series, Emmy®-nominated Strike Back now in its second season, I can’t wait to see what Cinemax’s new spy thriller Hunted has to offer. Having received an initial eight-episode order, the new drama series premieres Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:00 pm ET/PT and stars Golden Globe nominee Melissa George (HBO’s In Treatment). From the press release below, I’m anxious to see if it lives up to its description.

Punching Bag. Review: Warehouse 13, S4 “Second Chances”
“Second Chances” packs a lot of punches—both literally and figuratively. After begrudgingly taking a mysterious case of people rusting away, Myka and Pete head to a small steel mill town in West Virginia to investigate. Jinks and Claudia take a trip to his hometown to find answers to him being free of the metronome. And back at the warehouse, Artie must contend with Mrs. Frederic about the astrolabe.

A crushing bear hug. Review: White Collar Summer Season Finale – “Vested Interest”
What a way to make an exit! “Vested Interest” has tension, banter, friendship repaired, bullets flying, truth revealed, and a rat! I’m always impressed by the writing on this show – the interactions and dialog flow so naturally viewers may feel as if they’re peering into the lives of these characters – but this season the writers have outdone themselves. Some of the plot points were telegraphed a bit, but the impact to the players involved minimized any predictability of the events unfolding around them.

Advance Movie Review: Hollow
I’m a huge fan of scary movies so when I was presented with the opportunity to watch Hollow before its release on VOD, I was thrilled. Finally, I could scream to my heart’s content in the privacy of my own home, where no one could hear me making a fool of myself. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. There was no screaming, no tissue clenching, and no heart pounding.

Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Poop! Review: Wilfred, S2 “Resentment”
Ryan isn’t happy about Jenna and Drew getting married, but when a secret about Jenna is revealed, it’s Wilfred who takes it the hardest. Things go terribly awry when Wilfred allows the sinuous thoughts of Jenna petting other dogs ruin him. Leave it to Wilfred to imagine the innocent laughter of Jenna playing with other pups become something so salacious.

Heartburn, Growth Spurts, and New Love for Pete? Review: Warehouse 13, S4 “Endless Wonder”
A mysterious occurrence of growth spurts potentially related to a prescribed heartburn medication plagues a small town in Indiana and Myka (Joanne Kelly) and Pete (Eddie McClintock) are on the case. Meanwhile, Jinks (Aaron Ashmore) and Claudia (Allison Scagliotti) team up to find out what Artie (Saul Rubinek) is hiding about the mysterious black crystals and missing artifacts.

Review: Sons of Anarchy – Season 5 Premiere – “Sovereign” – A Granny Fetish and Shark Infested Waters: Transitions, Lies and a Torching
“Previously on Sons of Anarchy” are words many have longed to hear since season four wrapped up following an effervescent escalation of conflicts. With everything that happened, I’m anxious to know several things: will Jax’s (Charlie Hunnam) personal agenda impact his leadership as the new club president? Will Gemma (Katey Sagal) and the SAMCRO members adapt to the changes in the club? With enemies closing in, can SAMCRO survive the shark-infested waters? Fortunately, “Sovereign” doesn’t waste time tackling these questions.

Interviews From The Red Carpet – Sons of Anarchy Season 5 Premiere
YEC goes on the red carpet at the season 5 premiere of Sons of Anarchy. It’s a very warm, sunny day is Westwood, CA. The streets are blocked off and fans are starting to line up. I get some stares and possibly the stink-eye from a few of the devoted fans as they see me checking-in to get my press wristband and take my place on the press line. And despite the fact I’ve done this before, I was so nervous stepping onto the press line.

Mind your Ps and Qs. Review: Copper – “The Empty Locket”
She’s not enjoying the high society life with Elizabeth; instead, she wants to go back and live with Eva at the brothel, which is no surprise. It’s a life she knows, what she was born into. Hearing her play the piano, singing “Mary had a little lamb, she kept it on a barge. When she took its bloomers off, its woolly dick got large” was a hoot.
