While “Dimebag” doesn’t have the same amount of suspense and intrigue as previous episodes of #TheAmericans, it does do a good job of advancing some story lines.

Vikings – Advance Review of Season Three. A Bigger and More Complex Season

Vikings - Advance Review of Season Three. A Bigger and More Complex Season 5

Vikings’ fans are probably biting their nails in anticipation of the show’s return, and I’m happy to report they are in for a real treat. The Vikings set sail seeking new adventures and with Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) and his inner circle moving up i royal circles, season three will concentrate on embarking on a more complicated journey with more complex conflicts and darker enemies. Greater power and prosperity may certainly open up opportunities but they also invite thornier challenges.

The Walking Dead - "Them" Review. What's for Dinner? 9

I enjoyed “Them” and loved how Reedus, Cohen, and Martin-Greene peeled back the layers on their characters.

Castle – “Reckoning” Recap. Like a Moth to the Flame. Shocking and Suspenseful!

Castle – “Reckoning” Recap. Like a Moth to the Flame. Shocking and Suspenseful! 10

“Reckoning” is a pulse pounding, intense episode that will put you on an emotional roller coaster. Ranging from frustration, sadness, grief, fear, anger, vengeance, and relief; the suspenseful nature of “Reckoning” cannot be missed. The intensity is palpable throughout and not something I can convey in a recap. This is a must see episode. I found myself biting my nails and I haven’t done that while watching a television episode in a very long time. Be warned, there is graphic violence in “Reckoning” that might be jarring to some viewers.

Sleepy Hollow – “Awakening” Recap. Witchy Bells and Time Travel. 11

Finally! The intensity and drama I’ve been longing for in Sleepy Hollow are in abundance throughout “Awakening.” The plot twists are intriguing and undoubtedly will change the course of the history that’s been woven since season one.

Shameless – “Crazy Love” Retrospective. Dilemmas Galore.

Shameless – “Crazy Love” Retrospective. Dilemmas Galore. 12

Writer John Wells has obviously done his homework to provide such an in-depth look at bi-polar disorder in the aptly titled “Crazy Love.” Cameron Monaghan has too as he steals every scene he’s in. It is incredibly heartbreaking to watch as Ian says goodbye to his loved ones before entering a treatment facility.

Movie Review: The Rewrite – Surprisingly Funny and Unabashedly Charming

Movie Review: The Rewrite – Surprisingly Funny and Unabashedly Charming 15

The Rewrite is unabashedly charming. The humor is done perfectly without being too sarcastic or constantly in your face. I re-fell in love with Grant while watching The Rewrite. This film is an absolute delight for those who love a good romantic comedy. I found myself becoming sad as the ending drew near because I simply didn’t want The Rewrite to end. In little more than an hour and a half, I fell in love with the quaint town of Binghamton, NY and the students attending Binghamton University. Well, almost all the students.

Suits - “Fork in the Road” Review. Team Player. 18

I’ve never been a fan of flashback episodes because they always seem like an easy way for writers to provide a backstory or fill plot holes they previously missed.

Conference Call Transcript - Annet Mahendru Talks About Her Role as Nina on The Americans 22

The Americans – “Open House” Retrospective.

The Americans - "Open House" Retrospective. 23

Director Thomas Schlamme knows exactly how to convey emotions without a single word of dialogue. First, with “The Star Spangled Banner” playing in the background, Schlamme uses a tender kiss to portray the love the Jennings have for each other. Then, in a rather squeamish scene where Philip deals with Elizabeth’s dental problem, the camera darts back and forth between Philip and Elizabeth’s eyes, conveying the trust and love between them. This is direction at its best.

Castle – “Resurrection” Recap. Serious Mommy Issues or Just Demented?

Castle – “Resurrection” Recap. Serious Mommy Issues or Just Demented? 26

As a Castle fan, I enjoyed last night’s “Resurrection” which brings back an old case and the return of two devious minds – renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Kelly Nieman (guest star Annie Wersching) and serial killer Jerry Tyson (Michael Mosley), aka “3XK.” But is it really Jerry Tyson? We saw Castle (Nathan Fillion) pump him full of lead and him falling off the edge of a pier into the murky waters below in “3XK?” Don’t believe everything you see or hear because things are about to get crazy up in here.
