Like many others, I’ve been a fan of Chrisley Know Best since its first episode on March 11, 2014. I’ve enjoyed all of the family’s antics, learned many parenting lessons from the family’s patriarch, Todd Chrisley, and laughed a lot along the way. Now comes some exciting news from USA, particularly for the show’s fans, involving the popular video messaging app, Dubsmash. Season three premieres Tuesday, June 2 at 9/8c with two back-to-back episodes.

Bitten – “Bad Dreams” Retrospective. What Dreams May Come.
The second season of Bitten continues to impress me with its many surprise endings and attention to detail. The werewolf series doesn’t hold back with its weekly gore, sex, and drama. “Bad Dreams” appears to be no exception until the attention switches to the growing relationship between Nick (Steven Lund) and Paige (Tommie Amber Pirie).

Mr. Robot – “Pilot” Spoiler Free Advanced Review. 01001101.
Last March while at SXSW, USA Network conducted a major PR stunt by taking over downtown Austin, TX with hooded guys walking around promoting its new series Mr. Robot. The campaign topped off with a screening of the pilot followed by a Q &A with the cast. At that time, the premiere date had not yet been set. Needless to say, I was hard pressed not to leak any information about Mr. Robot, especially with the stellar casting, and Christain Christian Slater sitting 15 feet from me.

Interviews: TNT’s The Last Ship Cast Members, Creators, and EPs Talk Season 2
In talking with the cast and creators/producers, the conversations were interesting, especially the interview with Rhona Mitra and John Pyper-Ferguson. Their characters are in a bit of a love conundrum and when the subject of their relationship popped up, I laughed out loud at what Mitra does. “Triplets!” You’ll have to watch the video for the full effect.

Penny Dreadful – “The Nightcomers” Review. Midnight Things.
Penny Dreadful goes beyond being a dark drama; it transcends this genre, blending it with a supernatural force compelling you to tune in each week to discover what happens to our intrepid troupe of adventurers. In “The Nightcomers,” this entire episode is a dedicated flashback to Vanessa Ives’ (Eva Green) past and how she learned who she is captivating you from beginning to tragic end. Special guest star Patti LuPone owns every single second she’s on screen with a powerful performance. She’s nearly unrecognizable as the old crone known only as “the Cut Wife of Balandry Moor.”
