Queen Latifah received a nom for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her work in Bessie.
In addition, David Oyelowo was recognized for Nightingale for Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.
Needless to say, HBO’s Game of Thrones was nominated as Best Television Series – Drama, while Silicon Valley took the nom for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
The remaining nomination went to Oscar Isaac for his work in Show Me a Hero for Best Performance by an Actor in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.
The Golden Globe Awards will be presented January 10 in Los Angeles.
