March 28, 2021 — In a very brief update, Warner Bros. announced the release date for the highly anticipated upcoming new DCEU film BLACK ADAM starring Dwayne Johnson in the titular role. With only the line “The hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change. #BlackAdam Arrives 7.29.22,” it’s safe to say, more details to come.
If you missed the official teaser released last year in August 2020, it mentioned the tentative release date of December 22, 2021. We all know COVID-19 has put a damper on many major film releases including another mega comic book release, Marvel Studios Black Widow.
