News: Carrie Coon, Natalie Paul, and Hannah Gross Join Season 2 of USA Network’s The Sinner As Series Regulars.
CARRIE COON is set to play Vera, a formidable, mysterious woman who struggles between upholding the ideals of the community she leads and fulfilling her own desires. NATALIE PAUL is set to play Heather, a detective in training from Ambrose’s hometown. She ends up calling Ambrose to consult on a double homicide with no clear motive. HANNAH GROSS is set to play Marin, Heather’s high school best friend who disappeared from town years ago in a cloud of mystery. Season 2 of THE SINNER set to premiere August 2018.

Black Panther and Stranger Things lead nominations for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards. MTV announced the categories and nominees for the 2018 “MTV Movie & TV Awards,” hosted by Tiffany Haddish, that celebrate the actors, stories and moments that drove pop culture in the last year. The show will once again feature non-gendered categories – a change that marked an industry-first historic shift. Airing on Monday, June 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT from the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles, additional categories and honors will be announced at a later date.

News: Amazon Prime Original GOLIATH Starring Billy Bob Thornton Returns For Season 2 On June 15.
Amazon Prime Video announced the second season of its Prime Original series Goliath, starring Golden Globe winner Billy Bob Thornton, will return on Friday, June 15. Thornton will reprise his role as Billy McBride who, after winning a huge verdict in the Borns Tech case, is reluctantly pulled back into the law when his friend’s 16-year-old son is arrested for a double homicide. The new season of Goliath also stars Mark Duplass, Morris Chestnut and Ana De La Reguera.

FX renews LEGION for third season. Two episodes remain in Legion’s stunning second season, including an additional 11th episode that was recently announced.
