From the beginning, I was intrigued by the premise of Falling Skies.Throughout the entire season, I’ve been asking myself questions about why the aliens invaded Earth. Just as we feel we are the superior beings, the aliens may feel the same way. Ours is not so unlike their behavior. We as humans have committed the same acts throughout history by invading other countries and oppressing other people just because one race feels superior to another. Is Falling Skies a cleverly disguised metaphor for prejudice?

Unfortunately, it isn’t about someone with an insatiable lust but rather, psychotic machines who refuse to share their mechanic Louis (Hugo Speer) with anyone. “Fear and Loathing” presents us with a unique problem – people’s worst fears are manifesting right before their eyes. All save Audrey Parker (1) (Emily Rose). It seems she isn’t affected by this strange affliction. Everyone else, including Audrey Parker (2) (Kathleen Munroe), is seeing their nightmares come to fruition. Duke (Eric Balfour) sees the tattooed man, who supposedly will kill him one day; others see rabid mad dogs, burn victims, decayed and deceased spouses (eww, zombie!), and scary clowns (shudders). I hate clowns.

Warning – “Acceptance” is chock full of lewd sexual references, gestures, and language. Wilfred is by far one of my new favorite shows on television right now. The insane, politically incorrect, lewd, crude, and outrageous comedy brings a sense of fulfillment to my slightly demented soul. The more I watch, the more I wish Wilfred (Jason Gann) was my neighbor’s dog so I can have silly adventures like Ryan (Elijah Wood).
