“Mr. Sandman” does an excellent job of really piling on the ick factor. Those red, barbed, parasitic worms are disgusting, especially when one of Andre’s victims rips off the bandages on her eyes, allowing the viewer to see the revolting darkened, bloody wiggly things protruding from her eyes.
