If you’ve been looking…nay, desperately seeking any scrap of info on the new ninth installment of FX Networks’ long running anthology series AMERICAN HORROR STORY: 1984, then you are in the same boat as the rest of us. All puns intended.

The cryptic and intriguing video from series creator/executive producer Ryan Murphy posted via his Instagram shows the full cast in what appears to be a summer camp cabins set in the 80s with the look and feel of a classic horror film set on a lake…(hint: hockey mask and Crystal Lake).

Admittedly, I’ve always wanted to go to summer camp but I don’t think this is the kind of camp where many of the campers return home safe and sound.

Reported by EW — Emma Roberts will be returning and Olympic freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy will play Robert’s character’s boyfriend in American Horror Story 1984. Other AHS veterans returning to camp include Billie Lourd, John Carroll Lynch, Leslie Grossman, and Cody Fern.  More Murphy favs making an appearance are Matthew Morrison (Glee) and Angelica Ross (Claws, Pose), along with DeRon Horton (Dear White People) and Zach Villa (Bordertown, Shameless).
